Offboarding a Microsoft 365 User: Block Sign-In, Convert Mailbox to Shared, and Remove License

In this lab, I performed the offboarding process for a Microsoft 365 user. I blocked the user’s sign-in access, converted their mailbox to a shared mailbox, and removed their license to free up resources. This hands-on experience helped me understand how to securely and efficiently manage user departures while preserving important data.
